Swon ( Lunch Offer) You will prepare only vegetarian's food. Lunch offer time 11:00 am. Sayadawgyi is avoiding the coffee, product from milk such as cotter cheese, chocolate, sugar, tea leaf. We are OK to offer medium spicy Burmese food. For more detail info, please contact PHONE – 707-829-1390
I would like to request following :
1. Please noble silence.
2. Please Park your car at visitor parking.
3. Please Save water and help clean at center.
4. Please ask some one if you are not sure.
5. Please bring disposable plate/bowl and utensil as much as you can.

FROM SAN FRANCISCO (or Santa Rosa):
TAKE HWY 101 NORTH to Santa Rosa, EXIT RIGHT ON HWY 12 (STAY IN LEFT HAND LANE OF THE TWO HWY 12 EXIT LANES)
Go Freeway overpass to WEST ON HIGHWAY 12 to the first Stop Light, which is FULTON( see photo).
RIGHT ON FULTON for about 100 Feet (and immediately get in the LEFT HAND TURN LANE at the STOP LIGHT)
LEFT ON OCCIDENTAL ROAD for a few miles until The FIRST STOP LIGHT, which is HIGHWAY 116 (Also known as NORTH GRAVENSTEIN HWY)
RIGHT ON HIGHWAY 116 (NORTH GRAVENSTEIN HIGHWAY) 76 Gas station( 1st gas station) and drive for a couple of minutes and get in the left hand turn lane for GREEN VALLEY ROAD. see photo.
\LEFT ON GREEN VALLEY ROAD (There will be a small gas station( see 2nd gas station photo)., Bridge way Gas at this turn, and a green sign on the right side saying "GREEN VALLEY ROAD"
GO EXACTLY 4 1/2 MILES ON GREEN VALLEY ROAD
NOTE: (At the 3 1/2 mile mark, Green Valley Road makes a sharp right curve, and if you go straight you'll be on the wrong road, Harrison Grade)
AFTER THE SHARP RIGHT CURVE (at the 3 1/2 mile mark), 1 MORE MILE TO THE VERY WIDE DRIVEWAY ON THE LEFT THAT LEADS TO OUR PROPERTY
ON THE LEFT SIDE OF GREEN VALLEY ROAD - LOOK FOR A LARGE SIGN THAT SAYS "MOUNT GILEAD BIBLE CONFERENCE"( See MOUNT GILEAD photo) and A SMALLER SIGN THAT SAYS, "GREEN VALLEY FOREST REFUGE" (us :-).Pl4ease go inside that property.
TURN LEFT INTO THE DRIVEWAY AND DRIVE 7/10 (seven tenths) OF A MILE STRAIGHT DOWN THE DRIVEWAY.
AS YOU DRIVE, ON YOUR RIGHT YOU'LL PASS A SOCCER FIELD, A SWIMMING POOL, AND A CLUB HOUSE.
Please be careful for many street bumps.
JUST PAST THE CLUBHOUSE YOU'LL COME ONTO AN ASPHALT PARKING LOT.
BEAR LEFT ACCROSS THE PARKING LOT AND ONTO A GRAVEL DRIVE
FOLLOW THE GRAVEL DRIVE LEFT AROUND A HALF CIRCLE (GO PAST our neighbor's house 13447 with a short driveway up to a wooden fence)
AFTER PASSING OUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE, YOU'LL CURVE AGAIN TO THE LEFT AND INTO OUR PROPERTY
THERE IS A STONE WALL AND A LARGE IRON GATE THAT WILL BE OPEN. THAT IS THE ENTRANCE TO GREEN VALLEY FOREST REFUGE.( See gate Photo)

Dear Dhamma Friends,
We just entered all the email addresses of our guest book into our gmail address book, and this is the first message sent to everyone (42 people). Some email will bounce because I may have transcribed some of the addresses incorrectly or they were difficult to read. Some of you live out of state and may not wish to receive emails from us. There's a calendar page showing all the days reserved by visitors for meal dana. Please do let us know by email in advance if you are planning to visit and participate in breakfast or lunch, especially if the day is already reserved by someone for a full lunch dana. We've had days where an unannounced large group of visitors offering an unannounced full lunch dana for a day in which there was already someone offering full lunch dana. Our kitchen, refrigerator storage capacity, etc, can not support multiple full lunch dana offerings at this time. If a day is reserved, it doesn't mean you can't visit that day. If you want to visit on a reserved day, we recommend bringing one or few dishes, approximately enough food to cover for the number of people in your party. And please let us know in advance.
If a day is not reserved and you wish to reserve, please email us or call. Email is preferable.
Parking
We've been experiencing some creative parking by visitors. For emergency vehicle and evacuation reasons, roads need to stay open and clear. We also have trees and creeks on the property that are hundreds of years old and can be damaged by creative parking. After loading and unloading cargo at the dana house, please park in the main parking lot, which is located very close to the front entrance gate. The cars that are not in the main parking lot belong to full time resident volunteers or tenants. Thanks for your cooperation!
