What are you going to do before you die? (1)

= There is no such a graceful thing in the world to talk about death!

= You should necessarily remember about death in order to avoid doing un-necessary things and in order to perform real necessary things.

= Remembering or trying to remember all the time about death is really not to be disappointed or depressed, but to be strong in mind.

= For those who plan to stay easy-going in their younger lives and plan to stay with Dhamma or meditation only when they are getting older, you will lose the chances to meditate or practice ways to achieve Nivarna in good times of youth.

= We should keep in mind about death like: “we have to die one day” in order to withstand bad karma (luck) which can come to us anytime without pre-alert, and in order not to be greedy. We also should remind ourselves like: “it’s actually possible to die anytime, and it’s even very possible to die in next minute” in order to be good-minded and in order to get “Wi Pat Ta Nar” mind (which is only one unique way to achieve Nivarna) continuously.

= If we notice and remember about death, careness will govern our way of everyday life automatically. It’s so natural that we are not forgetful if we remember our deaths.

= There are five things that we humans don’t know at all. Those are:
1) We don’t know in which age we will die.
2) We don’t know with which disease we will die.
3) We don’t know when we will die (such as morning, afternoon, or evening).
4) We don’t know at where our dead body will be buried or burned.
5) We don’t know at which kind of being we will get as another/next life.
We human beings can’t really know these five things. So, these unknown invisible five things influence us.

= It’s important to do at very best whatever we do. It’s the best…  if we ignore/disregard the hopes of getting good business and the desire of getting next good lives, and if we prioritize with the hope only for Nivarna and the hope for the good of others. If we can do the best like that, we will get benefits immediately.

--------------------------------

= There is no such a pleasure/award which is really desirable in the universe like “Nivarna” if we really realize the fact that “Nivarna” is never destroyed and it will be forever.

= With we ourselves have our deaths and ruins, even we are still looking for other deaths and runis, that kind of searching is the worst and not graceful searching because we can never avoid from death.

= With we ourselves have our deaths and ruins, if we start looking for not dying and not ruining, that kind of searching is the best and very graceful high-standard searching because we will have a chance not to die anymore which is achieving Nivarna.

= Buddha preached: “One who practices ‘Arr Nar Par Na’ (mindfulness of breathing) meditation can even become an enlighted one. That’s why ‘Arr Nar Par Na’ mediation can be named as “shortcut to go Nivarna,” or “short way to achieve Nivarna” by old wise people.

= Since life span of a life depends on breathing according to the meaning of breathing, “Arr Nar Par Na” (mindfulness of breathing) meditation is the main life artery kinda practice of every “Wi Pat Ta Nar Yaw Ge” who practices “Wi Pat Ta Nar” (the only unique way to Nivarna).

= Practicing “Arr Nar Par Na” meditation as the main kind of meditation is the best suitable for most people because breathing is obvious or can be noticed while you are sleeping or awake or anytime, and also breathing is happening all the time continuously and easy to be recognized.

I type from the dhamma book called “What You Gonna Do Before You Die” written by a famous monk named “Ashin Sandar Dika,” and share with you all.
